This cash back reward programme (“cashback”) is a service provided by Cashbackcard Limited (“Us/We/Our”), a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 06968467 and whose registered office address is Ground Floor Rear, 6 – 8 Standard Place, Rivington Street, London. EC2 3BE .  In respect of any personal data held by us, we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number Z188501) and act in accordance with all relevant legislation including the Data Protection Act 1998.

This privacy policy sets out how our website, Cashbackcard.com, handles and uses personal data. For the purposes of this policy, the term “member” refers to any registered user of the website and the term “non-member” means any user of the website who is not a registered member.

For each non-member visitor to our Web page, our Web server will not automatically recognise any information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
